HARROGATE STITCH AND CRAFT GROUP

The Harrogate stitch and craft group was originally formed in 1993 by a small group of like minded ladies who enjoyed various crafts and have often been described as a “lively group of talented  ladies”.

We occasionally have guest speakers who  cover a variety of subjects which are not always craft orientated, although, some of our speakers demonstrate a particular craft skill. Sometimes a meeting is given over to one of our members to  demonstrate  a particular craft skill that they have a great interest in.

Occasional meetings are themed work nights when everyone attending is encouraged to work on a specific craft skill.

The gallery section of the website illustrates some of the items made by various members  using a variety of skills, methods and materials.

We are always happy to meet other like minded people who may like to join us as new members and on the lookout for potential speakers who would have a new skill or interesting subject to share with the group.
